Begin= / ning at a point on the Easterly side of a road / known as “the river road” fifty feet distant Southerly / from the lot of John [O Harra] [^ along the land of Philip [G?] Van Wyck]; thence Eastlerly on a / line [^ parallel] with said [O Harra’s] lot fifty feet distant / therefrom one jundred feet to a stake and stones / thence Southerly along said Van Wyck’s land ninety / three feet to a stake and stones; thence Westerly / along said Van Wyck’s land one hundred feet to / said river road; thence Northerly long said river road / [^ ninety three feet] to the place of beginning, Containing Nine thousand / three hundred square feet of land. _
