The undersigned, having associated him- / self with sundry other gentlemen, in forming, / “The Monroe Marsh Company”, of Monroe / Michigan does hereby promise and agree to / and with the other members of said Company, upon terms and conditions of Association, as / expressed in Articles of Association and Rules, / adopted by the said members on the 26th day / of October 1882, And does hereby covenant / to and with each, and every member of said / Company, that the several rights and interests, / in and to the property, now held by the mem- / bers of said Company, in common, shall be / subject to all the terms, and conditions of said / Articles and Rules.
