Fragment of handwritten document, in unknown hand, on lined paper, n.d., beginning "Know all Men by these presents (missing section) I, Louise / Livingston, now of the City of Philadelphia, the / Wtidow (sic) of Edward Livingston, deceased, have made / constituted and appointed, and by these present / do make constitute and appoint Garrit (sic) Van Keuren / of Rhinebeck in the County of Dutchess and State / of New York my true and lawful attorney for me...;" large sections missing on left and right sides; "to be executed or proved before (missing section) / Judge or N (sic) York Commission" written in pencil in lower part of page; "Papers relating to the purcha (missing section) / of the property on the Saw Ki (missing section) / by Mrs. Edward Livingston & / Mr. Donaldson from Mr. Cruger" written on reverse center.Condition

Remarks: Framentary condition; large section missing on left side; smaller hole near missing section on left side; folded and torn fragment at upper right center; small hole near upper right corner; upper right corner folded and torn; very large section missing on right side; small hole with horizontal tear at lower right side; two pieces folded back on right inner side; two horizontal fold marks across bottom of page; reverse shows sections folded back from front page, some torn and closely folded over several times.Relationships
