Proposed floor plan entitled "Principal floor" and "Cellar plan" rendered in ink, pencil, and yellow and white gouache: two floor plans, one over the other; 1) "Principal floor" at top outlined in yellow; rooms clockwise from bottom center: "Coach House," "Coachman," "Carpenter," "harness," "grain," "Stable;" dimensions "36" deep, "18/24 ft/18" for a total of 60 feet across front; "15/27/18" for a total of 60 feet across rear; "WEST" written on side, viewer's right; 2) "Cellar plan" at bottom outlined in gray; rooms clockwise from bottom center: "Cellar plan," "cellar," "stall," "passage," "wood," and "cellar;" various dimensions drawn in; overall dimensions "36.6" by "60.6;" scale "10/20/30" located in center divides the two floor plans.
