Notes

Remarks: Treatment Report: Vacuumed surfaces and washed with an aqueous mild detergent solution followed by a thorough rinse with water. Reduced loose corrosion and abraded sound painted surfaces so new paint coat would adhere with a stainless steel wire brush. It was found that a crack in one urn went completely through the body of the vessel from the lip to the stem. The crack was filled PC-7 epoxy putty for both added stability and visual reintegration. Applied Rustoleum corrosion converter to areas of rust. Painted surfaces with Benjamin Moore alkyd oil based paint.

Notes

Remarks: Paint flaking, primarily inside urn, underneath top rim, on one side of footed area of base, and also on round and square area of base; top piece on footed area missing small rectangular piece of metal.
