N.Y. / Scale 600 Feet to the Inch" labeled at top center; left side page of map shows Hastings upon Hudson and left side of Dobbs Ferry; Hastings section is hand-colored yellow and Dobbs Ferry is hand-colored pink; at bottom right side "Hastings Business Directory / Baker, George Cabinet Maker & Undertaker" to "Will, Andrew Dealer in Stoves & Tin Ware, Roofing &c.;" right side page of map shows other half of Dobbs Ferry and Irvington; at bottom left side "DOBBS' FERRY BUSINESS DIRECTORY / Ambler, J.
