Printed and typewritten indenture between John Ross Delafield and Alben Affiliates, December 27, 1961; "LIBER 1071 PAGE 730" printed vertically in upper left cornerwith intials written in ink over it; double thin blue margin lines at left of page; text mentions "ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being on the westerly side of Route 9-G in the Town of Red Hook, County of Dutchess and State of New York...; "four red stamps, with "Notary Public" stamps diagonally across each, appear at bottom of first page; reverse is blank; second page begins "TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and / roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof...;" square stamp of "DEED OR / SUPPLEMENTAL / INSTRUMENT / FEE PD / $3- No. 7333 / STAMPS PD / on / INDEXED BY DC" appears in center upper part of second page, next to two other faded official stamps; signatures of "ALBEN AFFILIATES" appear in lower right corner of second page; reverse contains four printed witness statements, one completed, another stamp of the "HOME TITLE GUARANTY COMPANY" as well as "TITLE No. O.C. 5438 (double underscored) / ALBEN AFFILIATES / TO / JOHN ROSS DELAFIELD (double underscored) / Bargain and Sale Deed / WITH COVENANT AGAINST GRANTOR'S ACTS (double underscored):" blue and white sticker of "HOME TITLE GUARANTY COMPANY" appears at upper left side.Condition
