Printed and typewritten indenture between Violetta White Delafield and the Society of the Church of St. John the Evangelist, May, 1936; single thin blue margin lines on left and right of pages; "Xd (double underscored)" written in pencil on lower left side; text discusses "PARCEL A," "PARCEL B," "PARCEL C," AND "PARCEL D;" "Robert Barringer's northerly," "Edson's lot," "Gibsons (sic) lot," "Barrytown Corners," "Cedar Hill, "Cemetery Lot;" text covers all of first page and most of the reverse; third page has printed text with "its successors" and "(L.S.)" typed on it; reverse has empty framed area at top of page with "Deed. / VIOLETTA WHITE DELAFIELD / TO / SOCIETY OF THE CHURCH / OF ST. JOHN THE EVANGELIST / Dated, May (space) , 1936..." next to it; unsigned "State of New York" witness statement appears at bottom of page.
