General Note

Note

The objects in this gift came from Mrs. (Katherine LaSalle) Wentworth Cruger Bacon (1892-?), whose husband, Wentworth Cruger Bacon (1880-1959) was the son of Catharine Paris Storrow Bacon (1843-1917). Object received new archival backing and the glass was removed and cleaned, 5/24/2017. Note: Mat for portrait was too small for frame, so archival corners were created to keep object centered on one of two backing boards in frame; these are removable [Jessa Krick, Collections Manager].
