WALSH / & SONS / NEWBURGH " in upper left corner of first page; details payments by Mrs. Livingston for the Saw Kill purchase; writing on first page; second and third pages blank; fragments of seal on left and right center of fourth page; scribbled lines in upper left of address section; red, circular postal mark, "NEW-YORK / MAR / 20" in lower left of address section.
