Handwritten letter on folded printed lined paper to Louise Livingston Hunt from Henry R. Van Vliet, October 5, 1889; embossed oval insignia in upper left corner; text begins "Enclosed I send you / the outline of the Factory (sic) Pond (sic). The red mark across the dam / shows the best part (crossed out section) / where the water trough is laid on / the Dam . Six 3/10 feet East of the / water trough the next line of the / Staats-Wood lot inter intersects the / Dam. this point according to your / deed would be the corner of the / Factory lot...;" text continues to discuss boundaries; text covers first and second pages and first two lines of third page; signature of "H R Van Vliet" appears in upper right section; fourth page is blank.
