A) Small brown leather case shaped like a pocket. B) 14 kt gold lorgnette glasses. Round bifocal glass in a 14 kt gold frame that folds in half and fits into the case. Handle has a small button release to open the glasses. Also on the handle is a heart-shaped ring with a black ribbon.
