Description

Iron measuring wheel composed of thin wheel dissected by a strip of metal with elongated u-shaped handle screwed to strip in a way that allows handle to rotate completely around outside of wheel. Handle is made of a rolled strip of iron bent into a U with both ends of U screwed to middle strip of wheel.
