Circular, black painted metal base with a low dome in the center which tapers to a narrow, cylindrical stem. Attached to stem is a short, wide cylindrical button made of ribbon. Face of button has a star-like center created with the ribbon material. Ribbon is red, white and royal blue narrow, diagonal strips and light blue thick strips.
