Circular, black painted metal base with a low domed center which tapers into a copper, narrow, cylindrical stem. Attached to stem is a short, wide cylindrical button made of red and white, thick diagonal striped ribbon. Face of button has a star-like center created with the ribbon material. Ribbon is dirty.
