Brass crossed cannons with letters "VCA" in the middle on top of cannons. Has a 1 1/4" pin mounted on the back for purpose of attaching to clothing, has hook on opposite side to hold pin. At one time had a circular ring at the bottom of the cross section for purpose of hanging something, now broken.
