Tall, rectangular, gilded looking glass (pier glass): molding in the form of two concave half rounds flanking convex half round; mitered corners. On back at top is a label with the following information: "GLASS WITH CARE,/ from/ DEL VECCHIO'S/ WHOLESALE AND RETAIL/ LOOKING GLASS AND PICTURE FRAME STORE/ NO. 44 CHATHAM STREET,/ NEW YORK./ THIS SIDE UP " (with hands on either side pointing inward to the lettering); words "framed" by Greek key motif.
