Domed lid with "berry and leaf" finial and underglaze blue decoration: decoration in form of "Canton" type landscape of buildings on island with trees, rocks, and mountains with water before island; three boats sail on water; landscape decoration surrounds blue-glazed finial; single blue line surrounds landscape, then hatched scalloping, then serrated line with six-pointed stars at junctures, then "roping"; interior of lid glazed but underside of rim is not.
