Note

Note from Kate Johnson during the preparation for Attingham Study Program visit to VCM in June, 2012: "Can you remove the stoneware pitcher (plain with blue stripe) that is in the center of the top shelf of the corner cabinet? I have asked for it to be removed... and have taken it off view myself and it still ends up on exhibition. It is not old enough to be on view at VCM. This is a good opportunity to say we can't be embarassed by it during the connoisseurs' tour. Thanks." [Jessa Krick, 12/8/2016]. Card catalog revised 5/25/79.
