Plate: scalloped edge; red body covered with dark brown glaze; cream yellow slip trailed decoration consisting of a wavy line around interior of rim and othr wavy lines criss-crossing, forming a wavy checker pattern.

Remarks: Details of condition: Had been broken in half and repaired (old repair). Had been repaired with rivets, staples in four places along break. These were taken out at some point; 7 1/2" crack from rim to center (into main crack). This had been repaired with two rivets also.
