Description

A. A blue transferware design of peony flowers on a white porcelain pot shape. The pot is classically shaped and has a very slight lip and rim, yet the sides are smooth. The two handles on opposite sides are knob shaped and have a flower on each face. The vines and flowers are very curvilinear and the lavish flowers are opened. There are no transfer designs inside. B. The pot cover has a 1 3/8" diameter hole; the top has a small handle that bridges the hole and the blue peonies pattern is there as well.
