A pot de creme with underglaze, hand-painted in blue decoration in the form of typical "Canton" landscape with houses on islands, water, mountains in background, three boats on the water, a bridge leading to a fan-like tree and gazebo, a pagoda with willow trees plus a person inside. The water is depicted in horizontal blue lines, the foot has a thin blue band around. The handle is 'bar-shaped' with the leaf motif made of chevrons. Surrounding the spot where the handle meets the body are seed-shaped forms. The round lid has a similar decorative water landscape motif with houses on island and three boats on the water. In the center is a blue sphere used as a handle. The landscape is bordered by a hatched scalloped band followed by a blue band with linear starburst motifs and a blue band consisting of oblique hatch markings. Item A is cup and B is lid.
