Leather pouch with component parts riveted together, except for top flap which is stitched on: bottom of pouch is tooled with a geometric lattice-like design; four metal loops along top of pouch to secure strap with buckle; on back, a metal loop for buckle; leather looped strap-stitched and riveted to top, back.
