Deacon --------- In compliance with the requisition / of the canons, I have to report that im - / mediately after my ordination on the 19th / of June last, the third Sunday after [Trin - / ity] I commenced officiating in St Thomas / Church in the City of New York. On the re - / turn of the [^ Rev’d Dr Hawks] Rector of this parish from England / on the Early in September I resigned the charge / and have since been employed every Sunday / in preaching.
