White, round small covered dish with dome-like cover: has small, knob-like "handle" in center of top of cover; handle has relief foliate pattern on it; on dish, 1/2" high vertical lip, extending from horizontal rim upon which lid rests; mark( in black ): "Terrine Brevette S.C.-D.C./ SIMPLEX/ France/ Modele Depose/ Sarreguemines."
