General Notes

Note Type

Curatorial Remarks

Note

This a very nice piece for showing economical construction, the garment is basically full widths of linen with side gussets to bridge gap and allow for fullness at the hem. Very clean, with some damage where it might be expected, around arms/side bust; loose weave of textile could indicate home manufacture [Jessa J. Krick, 4/17/2017]. Evaluation: Not stated
