General Notes

Note Type

Curatorial Remarks

Note

This shirt is much more tailored that a shirt of the 18th century; the sleeves have gathers, are shaped and are very long, it is possible that this is a Philip- or Pierre II Van Cortlandt-related shirt, given the date and the styling of this shirt [Jessa J. Krick, 4/17/2017]. File folder missing.
