Right side of front is a sketch of an eye, eyebrow, shaded forehead and the bridge of a nose looking at it from the left. There are five streaks across the paper right next to the sketch. On the reverse side (inside) is a very faint sketch of a woman sitting down with her right arm across her. She is wearing a long dress with some type of hood.
