Sugar tongs, U-shaped, ornate beaded handles, engraved "FGO": Spoon-shaped grips; bright cut and beaded borders form cartouche around script initials; stamp marks inside handle: "RF" in rectangle on other side; "RF", head in circle; lion passant in rectangle, on other handle.
