General Notes

Curatorial Remarks

Note

After examination with staff member who has interest in weaving, Linda Sax, it seems that this may possibly have been part of a box loom originally, it has holes for pegs or some sort of additional construction, unlike the tapered curved ends of PM.65.170. This object was found in Kate Johnson's office prior to the HHV main office move in 2011. It is no longer missing and all records have been updated [Jessa J. Krick, 12/9/2010]. Note on object card states: "Not Found"; this object has not been seen for an extended period during which several inventories were completed, so it has been declared missing; note in object file states last known location for this object was "Manhattan Storage," however no HHV objects have been stored offsite since the late 1960s [Jessa J. Krick, 11/30/2009]
