Text as follows: Recto "Terms of contract to be executed / by Mr. Donaldson & for which Mrs. L. is willing / to pay him $650. all (sic) the land on the south / side of the creek to belong to Mrs. L. as well as / the Island as laid out on Mr. Cruger's map / The Mills & buildings to be removed - the middle / of the bed of the creek to be our mutual line - / The water not to be used for any ornamental / works or improvements of any kind without / the consent of both parties;" Verso "Mrs (sic) Livingston / Terms of Contract" written vertically on upper right side; three groups of figures in written in pencil appear across lower center; ink blots in lower right corner. Recto has circular blot on lower right side; lines of dark ink blots alond the bottom of the page, especially in lower right corner
