General Note

Note

This map appears in both the 1867 and 1868 Atlases of New York and Vicinity published by Beers, Ellis & Soule. It is possible that there were different editions of each atlas published during both years. This is based on the fact that identical maps appear in different collections with varying plate numbers. Therefore, this map has not been given an exact date. It does not appear in J.B. Beers's 1872 Atlas of Westchester County.
