Mersereau, Esq., July 1, 1898; no envelope; work at Sunnyside, including work on the barn, regrets concerning accident, does not want photographs taken of the new part of the house, invitation to Mrs. Mersereau to visit the house, repair work needed; "Ajax Linen" watermark visible at upper and lower center; signature of "A D Irving" in ink.
