Note

History: "LPK" is the mark of de Lampetkan (The Ewer) factory before 1755, when the Brouwer family (Gerrit, his widow Maria van der Hagen van der Keel Brouwer, and his step-son Abraham van der Keel) bought the factory. The factory was built by Abraham Davidtsz. van Oosterhouck after 1609, who sold it to Cornelis Harmansz. Valckenhoven in 1620. Valckenhoven was the proprietor until 1637. This vase, of a traditional Dutch shape, shows Rococo influence in its scrolled cartouche and borders.
