Condition

Notes

Remarks: During winter cleaning 2017, it was noted that a different leg than that which was repaired before had come loose on this piece, necessitating the use of a shim to keep the piece safe for the display of objects; Ted Hemberger of the restoration shop removed it to the shop for some minor repair work.

Notes

Remarks: Ted Hemberger of the Restoration Crew made some repairs to this object in January, 2013; he secured the bottom on one of the drawers which was detached; he re-attached the top ring support which holds the washbasin; he also added glue to secure the general instablity caused by loose connection of legs to the base; the loose parts are now more secure.

Notes

Remarks: This three sided object is described with drawers facing front: A verticle split through proper right upright is evident; small chip on upper proper left corner of top and lower drawers also present. Minor scratches on lower drawer at midpoint; old repair on rear upright. Nail holes visible on proper right and rear where it meets bowl support. Rear measures 1/2" X1/4", right measures 1/4" X 1/8". Veneer slightly lifted on proper right face of central case; slight overall wear to surface. Joints between corner blocks and legs are prominent (not cracks).
