Description
Elevation of west facade and interior floor plan of Coach House at Montgomery Place, executed in black ink pen over pencil: floor plan at bottom shows exterior walls and symmetrical placement of windows; stairs at top left of center bottom, wall jutts out slightly; two semi-circles on interior right top and bottom; pitched roof capped with belltower-like story, square section with pitched roof and slatted walls; circular oculus with slats in pitch of roof over door with round top, horizontal lines with rows of dots; flanked by windows with semi-circular tops and thick frames with key over top; hatch lines suggest guide of surrounding land; elevation at top, over "WEST" (centered) and scale lines 0 - 40 feet; on reverse: cornice drawing in black ink over pencil-drawn grid lines, inscribed "Cornice half size / 12 inches;" a pencil-drawn bowed line appears in the cornice; size of drawing 13 3/4 x 10 7/8"
