Scope and Content

In this letter dated December 20, 1915, Teator thanks Mead for his letter to Mrs. Teator, and describes the difficult winter conditions affecting local farms. Many roofs have fallen in due to the weight of the snow. Teator contributes that he hasn’t heard from Mr. Boice, and stresses that Boice’s farm has a fine orchard, seemingly hoping to influence Mead’s purchase of the farm. In the PS section, Teator mentions an apple show in Poughkeepsie, and hopes that Mead attends it.
