Scrapbook, in fragile condition, with photos and clippings assembled by Winfield S. Stinson, Jr. who served in World War 1 and founded Tivoli's first Boy Scout troop in 1916 . Many wartime photos, some of Tivoli's boy scouts, Tivoli scenes and flyers, photos of Mr. and Mrs. David Minkler and family. It covers the period 1907-1927. 15" L x 12" W x 2.5" D.
