Part of premises formerly of Robert Donaldson conveyed to him by Margaret M. Brown 3 Feb 1853 97:579 Also land under water.
Part of a tract of 329 acres owned by Catherine Pawling, daughter of Henry Beekman in 1737. Died, seized of property leaving one child, Catherine Tenbroeck, who devised same to her granddaughter Cornelia, wife of Gen Robert Van Rensselaer. Cornelia died about 1800 leaving 7 children and 2 grandchildren: John R. Van Rensselaer, Jard R. Van Rensselaer, Jeremiah VanRensselaer, Henry R. Van Renssealaer, Catherine Van Rensselaer, James Van Rensselaer, Angelica VanRensselaer, her children & John Keating Kane, Alida VanRensselaer Kane, her grandchildren who were children of Alida Kane, dec.
