Notes: [Begins with page 3, bottom of sheets are charred] Henry B. Armstrong d. 2 Sep 1912. Homestead property to brother, James S. Armstrong. Remainder left in trust for the benefit of James S. Armstrong & for the establishment of a charitable & philanthropic rust after death of James. James died 17 April 1920 leaving 28 cousins, among them was Julia S. Moul. By the terms of the Will, the Homestead on S. Broadway and all contents went to Caroline S. Moul. Balance of estate was left in trust to Caroline S. Moul during her lifetime and upon her death passed to SPCA. She died 22 Oct 1922 leaving 24 cousins, among them are names of Milton Mour, Mable Moul Abendschien, Mary E. Van Steenburgh, Julius M. Moul, Elizabeth M. Moul. Exec. Wm. S. Massonneau given full power to sell Armstrong Homestead and add proceeds to residuary estate, which was given to Vassar Hospital
