Letter and envelope from Platt to Mead, February 25, 1916, regards the pricing of the Boise Farm. Mr. Boise, the “old man,” wishes to sell his farm for $17,000. (In another entry in the collection, Mead offers a price of $14,000.) Other farms on the market and their prices are discussed, as is the opinion of Mr. Teator, a respected, older farmer in Red Hook, on several of the properties.
