In this letter dated February 25, 1916, Teator provides his opinion to Mead of the J. Phillips Farm, as an alternative to the Boice Farm. He states it is 150 or more acres, with buildings, and is offered at $5,500. And there is the “possible chance” of buying an adjoining farm of 80-100 acres, without buildings. Teator also comments that Mrs. Brush (a relative of Mead’s) has informed him of Mead’s possible interest in the Blue Stone Farm.Relationships
