Front of Dr. John Losee's House, Upper Red Hook. Also known as The Thomas House. This house is pictured on page 34 in "Upper Red Hook" by Roger Leonard. It was called the Thomas Tavern which General Punam chose as his headquarters in Red Hook. The house was a magnificent brick two story house with a gambrel roof on the side of the imposing Prospect Hill. This house is on the 1984 survey as 4 Spring Lake Road.
