Description

Armstrong Residence. Caption in 'Brief History' shows wrong image but reads 'Wayside: Built by John and Henry Armstrong after they sold Rokeby, the house was demolished in the 1920's to build St. Christopher's Roman Catholic Church. Part of the Armstrong estate became the site of the old chicken pie factory, then Perx Products, on South Broadway.' 7411 South Broadway.
