Pinehurst - Aspinwall House designed by William A. Potter (who designed Massena) probably in the late 1880's. Situated north of the barn with a view over the South Bay. It had Queen Anne and Shingle Style elements and later was painted white and lost its porch. It fell into disuse in the later years of the Novitiate and not long after the Unification Church bought the property, they arranged with the Fire Dept to burn it down as an exercise (mid-1970's). Marked 'Aspinwall' on 1891 map.Photograph Details
