Fire Truck, early-mid 1940's. Truck body made by Charles French who had a shop on South Broadway in Red Hook. The fire truck body was designed by Charles French and Stanton Tremper, Sr. The Ford Chassis, lights and equipment were supplied by Central Auto Sales. Several similar fire trucks were assembled and the one in this photo was sold to the Clermont Fire Co.Relationships
