Trotty Veck Message No. 1: Good Cheer. Reprinted with tenth issue in 1921. Handwritten note on front: "Annie B. Alguire." Has "Christmas Greetings" wrapper band. Handwritten note on front of band: "from Dr. Annie to Homer & Agnes (over)." Handwritten note on inside band: "Many thanks for the group photo of your girls. [?] is fine, am sending you the 1st message "Old Trotty" sent out. I sent too many to soldiers this x-mas & didn't have enought left to go around, so Mattie has one & get her to let you read it. & I thought maybe you didn't have this one. Best wishes, Dr. Annie."
