Published by Leighton & Valentine Co. NY City. Caption printed on front reads, "Riverside Inn, Saranac Lake, N.Y." Handwritten note on front reads, "Ellsworth [?], Jan 11 1915." Handwritten message on the back reads, "Received the oranges and they are fine. I am feeling good but they still got me in bed. I suppose you and Addie are having a great time. Los Ang [sic] must be a pretty place. Ellsworth." Mailed to Mr. Bert Ewing, 1655 West Adams Street, Los. Ang., Cal. [sic]
