Color postcard of the south stone gate of Trudeau Sanatorium, with a boy standing by the gate and a horse-drawn wagon coming down the road. Used, divided back, white border, postmarked February 22, 1919 from Saranac Lake, NY. No publisher listed. Caption printed on front reads, "Entrance to Trudeau Sanatorium, Saranac Lake, Adirondacks, N.Y." Handwritten message on back reads, "Dear Daddy Jack, How are you? I'm really going to write you a letter soon. Tell mother I got her letter and all the boxes and I'll write her this afternoon. Wish you could be up here and take a sleigh ride with me. How do you like this picture of Trudeau where I'm going. I'll write again soon this week. As ever, Frances. Love to you both. Bumps [?]." Mailed to John C.
