Leighton Co. Manufacturers, Portland, ME, printed in Frankfurt Germany. Caption printed on front reads, "Riverside Inn, Adirondack Mountains. Saranac Lake, NY." Handwritten message on the back reads, "After the most heartrending efforts, I gained only energy enough for a postal. Will really write tomorrow. Another reading of your thrilling letter I am sure will give me the proper enthusiasm. E.E.D."
